Mortgage Reducing Term Takaful (MRTT)

This is a Family Takaful protection plan that caters to both Islamic home financing and conventional housing loan customers. It offers you and your loved ones peace of mind of knowing that your home loan will be covered should your ability to service the financing/loan is disrupted prematurely due to Death or Total and Permanent Disability (TPD). Our MRTT fully complies with the principles of Shariah.

Group Business Financing Takaful Plan (GBFT)

Group Business Financing Takaful Plan is offered to all financing customers/loan borrowers of CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad and CIMB Bank Berhad signing up for the business financing/loans. This plan is a single contribution plan which provides Death and Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) coverage. In the event of Death or TPD during the coverage period, the Takaful benefit will be payable to offset against the outstanding financing/loan balance.

Xpress Cash Awam-i Protector Plan

Xpress Cash Awam-i Protector Plan is packaged with CIMB Islamic Xpress Cash Awam-i financing facility to provide Takaful protection to employees of government and government-linked companies upon payment of a single Takaful contribution, which will be automatically deducted from the financing facility amount. In the event of Death or Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) during the coverage period, the reducing sum covered as per the reducing sum covered table will be payable.

Xpress Cash Protector-i Plan

Xpress Cash Protector-i Plan is offered to all financing customers of CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad taking up the Xpress Cash Financing-i financing facilities. This is a single contribution Plan which provides Death and Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) coverage. In the event of Death or TPD during the coverage period, the Takaful benefit will be payable to offset against the outstanding financing balance.

Cash Plus-i Protector Plan

Cash Plus-i Protector Plan provides Takaful coverage against death and total and permanent disability (TPD) for customers who took up the CIMB Islamic Cash Plus Financing-i personal financing facility. Payment is in the form of a single Takaful contribution, which will be automatically deducted from the financing facility amount.
